Back in January I got an email from a Sarah Smith, asking for a list of packages. Second email comes along and says “Just a side note, my fiance is Lane Berlin” That took me back to the good old days at Worthington Christian High School where Lane Berlin was kind of a bad boy. So when Sarah and Lane walked into my studio I was smitten with Sarah, her smile alone could light up a room and I could tell how in love these two were. Recently I asked her to tell me how they met and how they got engaged, she then told me that they met while working together and she would look forward to seeing him because he would always give the best hugs. One thing men don’t understand is that they are never very good at hiding what they’re feeling, so apparently his feelings for her were quite obvious. She said she fought the feelings for him for a while, but after a while she finally gave in and she said the rest is history. Lane is now a firefighter so we had the amazing opportunity to shoot some of their engagement pictures at the firehouse. I love when I get to go outside the box a little, so it was as if I was a kid in a candy store taking pictures on a firetruck! Here are some of the amazing photos from their session!
