I have had a goal to take more photos of my kids on film. We sometimes shoot the last couple of frames from a wedding on the kids and lately I have loved every photo, even the ones where the kids are fresh out of bed and in their PJ’s. I still can’t believe its July, or 2016 for that matter. Every time I need to write a date down I have to think about it for a second because I forget. We’ve been planning and working so much that all I wanna do is book a trip to Disney for a week and just turn the phone off and watch my kids have the time of their life. I get like this every year right around this time, I just want something to look forward to. Molly starts school in a little over a month and I’m partially excited for her, she’s a social bug like me, but also dreading the fact that she’ll be gone all day. For over 5 years I’ve had this little girl by my side all day every day. Its a lot to take in when you think of it that way. The boys and their craziness are a great distraction to this thought. They climb, they run, they scream, they play they are just all day everyday going 100 mph! I’m thankful for two things… Toy Story 1,2 & 3 and our little pool outside. Those two things have kept my boys and myself sane this summer. Coty has caught some moments on film this summer and I’m so thankful for these photos. I love these little surprises on scan day.
