I was sitting in Caribou Coffee with my girlfriends Christie, Kelly, Tiffany & Emily. We get together every other week and share our hearts, joys, struggles and many life moments with eachother. It just ends up that we go around in a circle and talk about whats been going on in our lives, these girls have been a blessing in more ways then one. So as we went around we finally got to Christie and she says to us in a very calm and nonchalant way “So I took a test and it was positive” and we all SCREAM, literally screamed in caribou. Christie & Ross had been trying for some time to start a family so the excitement could not be contained and then we sorta yelled at her that we had been sitting there for over an hour and she was dying to tell us but wanted to surprise us… we all agreed that we will no longer wait that long to share news like that 🙂 So here we are, months later and I’m photographing this joyful time in Ross & Christie’s life. Capturing one last small moment of just the two of them. I cannot wait to meet their baby boy in November, I also cannot wait for Christie to be a Mom and Ross to be a dad, they’re going to be amazing parents.
