I cannot help but feel the warm & fuzzies looking at their photos. It was a bit chilly on their October wedding day, in fact it was snowing while I was getting ready! I just prayed the bride was not near a window when that was going on. I remember she had mentioned they had rented heaters for their tented reception at taylor mansion… she was not regretting that decision ONE BIT this day. I will however tell you we have always lucked out when it comes to weird midwest weather & our brides. Caroline was just that sorta bride, never once did she complain, it was as if the excitement of the day warmed her so much she had no idea it was that cold out! We loved getting to be a part of their wedding, every detail was beautifully sweet and getting to see these two say “I do” was even better. I’ll tell more of their story as the photos unfold. Enjoy!
Caroline’s something old & borrowed were her mother’s pearls. Loved this photo of them both holding them.
This moment with her sisters & cousin was priceless. I loved how Caroline watched them open their gifts, like straight out of an old movie.
No tears she asked! No tears!
So she was convinced he was going to sneak a peak… when in fact SHE was the one who kept her eye on him the whole time to make sure he wouldn’t look! They said a quick prayer before they got married… it was so sweet! I later told him that she kept looking and he goes “this is hypocricy! Why does she get to look?!” It was too funny!
I kept telling Caroline her dress reminded me of something Keira Knightly would wear, the capped sleaves and gold stitching was amazing.
I seriously LOVED the guys brown shoes! It was such a good touch to the gray suits, I love that they mixed it up!
You were gorgeous Caroline! Your twirl was the best this year!
Again with the brown shoes & pink socks… love it!
One of my favorite shots of the evening! This is so them, adorable!
What an awesome end to an awesome day!
Andrew & Caroline, we had such an amazing time with you two! We’ve loved getting to know you both and wish your marriage so many blessings. PS… I look SO pregnant here! Look how calm and not at all cold caroline & Andrew look… Coty has underarmor on and I’ve got a big scarf on like we’re little wusses! Good times!
