As much as my dogs drive me nuts, they really do bring me a lot of joy in my life. We have 3 dogs, 2 boxers and 1 King Charles Cavalier. We had gotten Captain our Cavalier in October after we had a miscarriage. He was definitely my “baby fix” because he was just so adorable. When couple ask if they can bring their dogs, I actually get excited because I love seeing couples with their kids! Yes… dogs and cats are couples first kids! We got Gracie a couple months after we got married and she was definitely our baby before Molly came along, she still is sometimes! Candice works at the Columbus zoo which was so obvious when she brought out snacks for her dog Simba. She was in full trainer mode when she was getting him to sit and look at the camera, which was awesome. Ron is a teacher and is currently looking in Orlando for a job. We talked about Disney’s animal kingdom and Candice’s face lit up, its apparently her favorite place ever. I am definitely sad that I was only shooting their engagement session, they were so fun to work with. They’re getting married out of state and they wanted to do a session while she lived here in Ohio. So to their photographer down south… so jealous you get to capture their wedding, its going to be amazing!
