So before we met Allie & Zach, we emailed a ton. Both live in Charleston, South Carolina but are from Gahanna. Since they wouldn’t be back until Christmas, we got to know eachother via email. I asked her to tell me more about them, how they met, their story. I remember reading the email thinking, I hope I shoot this wedding because I love them!  Here was one of the sweetest parts of the story… “When college came around we both knew we wanted to go away to school but had no plans to be far from eachother. We did not want to hold eachother back so we decided to tell eachother what school we wanted to go to through letters so we knew that neither of us were picking a college just to be together. It happened that I wanted to go to Coastal Carolina for their education program and his pick was The University of South Carolina to attend pharmacy school. Long story short, I hated CCU and we could not stand being away from each other.  I transferred to USC the next year.” If you believe in fate, this would prove it to be true! She ended her story by saying this, “I cannot wait to marry my best friend, soul mate, high school sweetheart and become Mrs. Jordan. He is the most kind, funny, and genuine man I have ever met. I cannot imagine a day of my life without him by my side.” I literally was smitten with this couple, what a sweet story! High school sweethearts, best friends… its adorable. So the day of the wedding I couldn’t help but feel all the love just radiating through the day. I also saw a lot of Kate Spade which made this girl do the happy dance. The whole wedding had a little bit of southern charm to it, the white tent, coral & tan colors, a ton of personal touches like signature drinks and koozies. I loved every bit of the day and it seem liked the bride and groom did too.  Here are some of our favorites from their The Lakes golf and country club wedding… enjoy!
